Paris, 22^nd July, 2016 – Macnica Inc., the leading electronic component distributor in Japan, and ATD Electronique, a value added distributor headquartered in Montesson, France, have entered into an agreement for Macnica to acquire 49% of ATD's outstanding shares on July 22^nd, 2016.

Ingolstadt and Munich, 1st October, 2015 - Macnica Europe GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of Macnica, Inc. with headquarter in Tokyo (Japan), today announced the establishment and commencement of operations of its sales office Macnica UK Ltd. in Cambridge (United Kingdom, UK).

From this date the combined companies will conduct business together under the name Macnica GmbH, with their main office in Ingolstadt / Germany and branch offices in Munich / Germany and Dortmund / Germany.

We are pleased to announce that Macnica, Inc., headquartered in Yokohama, Japan, has just completed the acquisition od Scantec GmbH based in Munich, Germany, on October 31^st, 2013. Scantec is now 100% owned by Macnica, Inc.
