Macnica GmbH and Marvell sign Distribution Agreement for Germany and Austria
Santa Clara, Calif., July 1st, 2011- Macnica GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Macnica Inc., one of Japan’s leading semiconductor distributors, today announced it has signed an agreement with Marvell, a worldwide leader in integrated silicon solutions, to distribute Marvell’s products in Germany and Austria. The agreement also marks the establishment of Macnica´s technical sales and support network for Marvell.
