Press Release Press Release Macnica GmbH Editorial contact: Juergen Poeschl July 1st, 2010 Macnica and Greenliant Signed Distribution Agreement for Europe Macnica and Greenliant signed distribution Agreement SANTA CLARA 1th July, 2010 — Macnica GmbH, a wholly owned subsidiary of Macnica, Inc. which is one of the leading technical distributors of semiconductors in Japan, has announced today that it has signed a distribution agreement with Greenliant Semiconductor. Macnica GmbH is now an authorized to distribute Greenliant products in whole Europe. This contract is one of the first steps to establish a European Technical Sales and support network for Greenliant. By leveraging more than 20 years of solid-state storage design expertise, Greenliant Systems is dedicated to developing energy-efficient, highly reliable and secure storage solutions for the embedded system, data center and mobile Internet markets. The company is currently headquartered in Sunnyvale, California with product development and sales teams in North America, Europe and Asia. “We are honored to have the opportunity to distribute highly reliable semiconductor products from Greenliant in Europe,” said Shiro Watanabe, President of Macnica GmbH. “With this new partnership, we look forward to expanding our complimentary product line cards, and providing regarding our long expertise with the “NANDrive” devices comprehensive technical support for Greenliant.
