NANDrive™

The award-winning NANDrive 85 Series offers a wide range of devices and capacities for cost-effective, extreme-environment or long-life applications. As a hard drive replacement, this single, small-footprint device combines a NAND controller and NAND flash to offer new and expanded functionality while enabling cost-effective designs. Offered in both industrial and commercial grades, NANDrive provides up to 100 million host-Write cycles and high data transfer rates, making it an ideal storage solution for digital consumer products, wireless devices, industrial and medical applications, and networking equipment.

NAND Controllers

Greenliant NAND controllers intelligently manage the inherent deficiencies of NAND flash, taking this burden off of the host system and making the designer's job easier. Our high-performance NAND controllers are the primary choice for NAND flash-based modules and solid-state drives that require long product life, high reliability and low power consumption. All of our NAND controllers are based on our advanced NAND management technology, which provides high reliability, increased data integrity, powerful error correction capability, power-down protection and prolonged product life for data storage systems.

Specialty Flash Memory

Based on SST's SuperFlash® technology, Greenliant's NOR flash memory collection features products with high performance, superior reliability, low power consumption and small sector size. The MTP (Many-Time Programmable) family combines the erase capability of flash with the cost effectiveness of EPROM/OTP memory, while SSF™ (Small-Sector Flash™) is ideal for applications requiring fine data granularity. The multi-bank architecture and Read-while-Write operations of the CSF™ (Concurrent SuperFlash™) series make it ideal for the wireless communications industry. Greenliant's ComboMemory™ products combine the non-volatility of flash memory with the performance of PSRAM in a multi-chip package.
